Tombolo Company offers a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your unique apparel and offer a seamless process for all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
